In 1963, the neighborhood of Gasperich welcomed the small bakery of Monsieur Fernand Bock. Following in his father’s footsteps, Fernand poured his passion into the craft of baking, committed to the finest quality.
With two young assistants by his side and Madame Nicole Bock welcoming customers at the counter, the bakery quickly became a beloved neighbourhood gem, known for its delicious Paté Riesling— a unique meat pastry found only in Luxembourg.
Today, two generations later, his daughter Claudine and grandson Nicolas carry on the tradition of this Paté Riesling, lovingly preserving both the recipe and the legacy Fernand began so many years ago.
